Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Apartments Technician to help maintain the appearance and condition of our apartment community. The primary responsibility is to perform make-ready and turnover duties to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in maintenance and minor repairs as painting, drywall finishing, cleaning, plumbing, electricity. Knowledge of painting techniques and proper surface preparation. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Position requires frequent walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and repetitive physical tasks. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when appropriate. Heavy Lifting up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
