Under the direction of the SVP - Business & Agriculture Banking, the VP - Business Banker develops and increases business banking relationships by selling Business Banking products and services through connecting with potential customers of the New London, Fox Valley, and surrounding markets and identifying potential needs.
- Performs a full range of duties pertaining to Business Banking for the loan and deposit product functions in order to support the overall Business Banking objectives of commercial loan and deposit portfolio growth.

Accurately completes a full range of duties pertaining to business banking and the processing of loan application and deposit account documentation in compliance to all applicable Bank and legal regulations and policies

Prepares and presents potential loan details to the OLC, GLC, or Board of Directors when necessary, in accordance to Bank policy, to obtain proper approvals for loan processing.
- Ensures profitability and efficiency in the monitoring of all assigned loans and accounts, expanding of the most profitable, and addressing those that have a direct impact on bank profitability.
- Maintains customer connections and comfort while obtaining sales by performing all activities related to the cross-selling of various banking products and services.

Creates and strengthens business, realtor, developer, and other potential referral contact relationships by participating in the Bank’s Business Banking Call Program to provide information regarding commercial lending programs and services.
- Stays knowledgeable of compliance and regulation through attending related seminars and workshops, increasing the accuracy and of all process administration
