The Sales Representative (B2B) is responsible for developing and closing B2B customers for WINSUN inflatable playground equipment in the U.S. market. Key customers include rental companies and dealers/distributors. Focusing on outreach, lead follow-up, quoting, closing, and CRM management.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct customer development through cold outreach (email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels).
- Manage and follow up leads from company platforms (website/social media), exhibitions, and inbound inquiries.
- Prepare and send quotations, product proposals, and sales documents; manage negotiation and closing.
- Maintain complete CRM records: lead information, tagging, pipeline stage, follow-up logs, and deal status.
- Coordinate internally with warehouse/operations for order fulfillment, shipping updates, and delivery scheduling.
- Support after-sales coordination and customer relationship management for repeat orders and referrals.
- Participate in trade shows/exhibitions when needed and complete post-show lead follow-up within required timeline.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; bilingual (Chinese-English) is preferred.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong phone/email communication skills and a structured follow-up mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven; comfortable working under KPI assessment.
Compensation & KPI:
This position is subject to the Company’s Compensation & Incentive Policy and KPI Performance Assessment Rules, including:
- Base salary + Monthly KPI bonus
- Sales commission: 3% (company-provided leads) / 5% (self-sourced leads).
