Pay: Competitive flat-rate or hourly (based on experience and job type)
About the Role
Spiffinity Cleaning & Laundry LLC is seeking reliable, detail-oriented 1099 cleaners to join our growing team. This is a contract-based position where you will clean residential homes, commercial offices, and Airbnb properties. Ideal for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Residential Cleaning
- General house cleaning (dusting, mopping, vacuuming)
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Bedroom and common area upkeep
- Deep cleaning tasks when assigned
Office Cleaning
- Trash removal and recycling
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and floor care
- Conference room and desk area cleaning
Airbnb / Rental Turnovers
- Full property reset between guests
- Changing linens and making beds
- Restocking essentials (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
- Reporting damages or missing items
- Light staging to ensure property is guest-ready
Requirements
- Experience in residential, commercial, or Airbnb cleaning
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and tools (or be willing to use supplied materials when required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Smartphone for communication, scheduling, and photos
- Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor
- Must be punctual and dependable
Contractor Details
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance
