RN / LPN – Private Home Care
Now Hiring: Compassionate RN or LPN
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private-duty nursing care in a client’s home.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, and comfortable providing individualized one-on-one care while maintaining the client’s safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in a private home
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Assist with personal care and daily activities as needed
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Communicate with family members and healthcare providers
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and compassionate support
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous private-duty or home-care experience preferred
- Dependable and professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and provide attentive, individualized care
