Enviro-Clean Equipment is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist / Parts Warehouse Associate to support daily parts operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role is responsible for customer parts sales, inquiries, quotations, procurement, inventory control, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse support.
The ideal candidate will assist customers in identifying the correct parts, provide product knowledge, maintain accurate inventory, receive and stock parts, prepare orders for shipment or pickup, and help ensure efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. Success in this position requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, along with experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes requests and needs of managers, and/or customers, and complete them in timely manner.
- Work with all departments to manage the shipping and receiving of new, warranty and returned parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of parts and resolve any delivery issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and service to determine parts requirements and specifications.
- Good communication skills relative to supervisor & other related departments.
- General housekeeping in warehouse facilities and ground level yard.
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Load and unload trucks on daily basis.
- Responsible for organizing Parts storage areas, sheds, tents & containers if needed.
- Responsible for Local parts delivery.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs on a frequent basis, plus the physical ability to work in awkward positions such as kneeling, lying down, and overhead.
- Must have the ability to climb and work from a ladder.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on parts selection, compatibility, and usage.
- Procure parts and components from suppliers based on inventory levels, production schedules, and customer orders.
- Prolonged sitting with periodic lifting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Requirements:
- Required: Valid driver's license & transportation.
- Required: Two (2) years of relevant work or warehouse experience.
- Required: a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent plus vocational training or job-related course work.
- Preferred: Automotive or other mechanical knowledge
- Preferred: Previous experience in Vac, Sweeper, and/or Refuse Industry
- Preferred: Experience in shipping and receiving is a plus.
Skills:
- Preferred: Customer Success, Account management, or customer-facing role
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software.
