Business Systems Analyst (Community Platform Experience)
Exp-6+ Years
- Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience
- Community Platform Experience (online community/customer community platforms)
- Experience in community migration projects, specifically migrating users/content/processes from one community platform/product to another
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in data migration, user migration, and community workflows
- Ability to work with business and technical teams to define migration strategy and requirements
Preferred Skills
- Higher Logic (formerly Higher Logic Community) experience
- Experience with community engagement, moderation, user management, and content migration
- Knowledge of community integrations, SSO, analytics, and CRM systems Alternate Profile (if Community Experience is not available)
- Strong and highly technical BSA
- Prior Cisco experience
- Experience working on large enterprise applications, integrations, and digital transformation projects
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, data mapping, system integrations, and migration initiatives
Nice to Have
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Jira and Confluence
- Data mapping and migration planning
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ideal Candidate: A BSA with Community Platform experience and community migration background.
If unavailable, a technically strong BSA with Cisco experience and migration/integration expertise would be a good fit.
