Pay: Starting at $17 per hour, with the final rate based on credentials and relevant experience
Schedule: Recurring 12-hour day shifts, 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Job Summary
TeamLife Health Group is hiring dependable, compassionate CarePros to support older adults within Solstice Senior Living at Palatine.
TeamLife’s Campus Care model is different from traditional home care. Rather than driving from one private residence to another or remaining with a single client for an entire shift, CarePros support multiple residents through shorter scheduled and on-demand services within one independent living community.
The workday is active, structured, and varied. CarePros become familiar with the residents they support, work alongside an on-site team, and help community members remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other approved personal-care needs
- Provide wellness checks, escorts, reminders, companionship, and general resident support
- Respond promptly and respectfully to scheduled and on-demand service requests
- Document completed services and relevant observations through TeamLife’s mobile platform
- Communicate changes, concerns, or safety risks to the appropriate supervisor
- Work collaboratively with other TeamLife CarePros and community personnel
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and dependable care environment
Requirements
- Active Illinois CNA status is strongly preferred
- Candidates with documented, IDPH-compliant caregiver or home-services training are also encouraged to apply
- Must satisfy applicable Illinois Health Care Worker Registry, background-check, training, and competency requirements before independent assignment
- Prior experience supporting older adults or assisting with activities of daily living is preferred
- Strong communication, reliability, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in an active environment with multiple resident visits throughout the shift
- Able to use a smartphone or mobile application for scheduling and service documentation
- Reliable transportation to Solstice Senior Living at Palatine
- Able to perform the essential responsibilities of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
