We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting overall cash flow.
Key Responsibilities-
Process and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately and timely

Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and account summaries

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment variances

Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities

Prepare cash receipts and maintain daily cash reporting

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve account issues

Assist with credit reviews and customer account setup
-
Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
Qualifications-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations

Experience with ERP systems and accounting software

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred)

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
Preferred Experience-
Experience in high-volume invoicing or manufacturing environment

Exposure to credit and collections processes

Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Pay Details: $22.00 to $29.00 per hour
