Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits and functionalities.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash handling, and cash register management.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales.
- Conduct product demos confidently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette during inquiries or follow-ups.
- Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, especially in wireless or electronics environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better.
- Experience with supervising or leading team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with customer service expertise to handle inquiries professionally.
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
