- EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 3+ years of proven supervisory or line leadership experience in food manufacturing or regulated packaging
- OPERATIONAL DEPTH: Strong skills in coordinating material flow, managing shift changes, and optimizing line efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- COMPLIANCE PROFILE: Familiarity with quality standards, GMPs, and food safety protocols (HACCP/SQF exposure preferred)
- WORK SCHEDULE: Consistent 2nd Shift Monday through Friday (1:30 PM – 11:30 PM) with some Saturday shifts
- EARNING POTENTIAL: Up to $75,000 base salary + bonuses for Saturday shifts and performance-based bonuses
- UNION COMPATIBILITY: Experience in managing workflows and teams in a unionized environment is a plus
- LOCATION: Greater Jefferson, WI area (Must live within a 45-minute daily commute of the plant)
