The Technical Architect designs and oversees the implementation of client IT infrastructure. In this high-level role, you align client business goals with technical requirements, ensuring all deployed solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable. You define the technical frameworks and standards that our Service and Project teams execute, keeping Synagex at the forefront of the industry.
Essential Functions
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- HLD/LLD Authorship: Translate complex business requirements into High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) that provide clear, actionable instructions for the project team.
- R&D and Vendor Vetting: Act as the primary scout for new technology, vetting vendors and tools to ensure the Synagex service catalog stays ahead of the curve.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership: Lead the testing and validation of new service offerings and emerging technologies (AI, Zero Trust, etc.) before they are rolled out to clients.
- Advanced Technical Assessments: Perform deep-dive assessments for prospective clients, identifying critical gaps and designing their "future state" environment during the sales process.
- Architectural Governance: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex architectural roadblocks and periodically audit client environments to ensure they haven't drifted from core standards.
- Other Duties as Required
