Role: Assembly Operator
Location: North Royalton, OH
Pay Range: $18-20/hr

Job Description:
Seeking an Assembly Operator to perform hand-assembly of components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor dexterity
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks for full shift
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
Responsibilities:
- Hand-assemble small metal parts/components per work instructions
- Maintain consistent speed and accuracy across repetitive assembly tasks
- Visually inspect assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies
- Package and label completed assemblies per specifications
- Report any quality issues or material shortages to supervision
