Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

Be able to work 3rd shift 10:45 pm-6:45 am Sunday night-Friday morning

Assist the department by coordinating team assignments, including manpower and materials to maximize efficient production and quality per manufacturing order.

Line checks for quality. Collect and deliver samples as requested and allocate as appropriate.

Maintain written records of line production, efficiency, and quality related data.
- Keypunch data into computer and verify accuracy of records

Confirm warehouse receipts match the actual item for components and bulk.

Orient and train new employees and assist in their evaluation as needed

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.25 and $27.75 plus shift differential $2.00 and department differential .50 cents. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
