I am seeking skilled, professional Cooks and experienced Chefs / Kitchen Managers to join my culinary team. Positions are available in West Warwick and East Greenwich. I offer top pay based on experience and abilities. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Plan or assist in menu planning, contributing creative ideas for new dishes and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and food storage areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience cooking in food service or running a kitchen as a chef, particularly in fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
