Great Oaks Senior Living is accepting applications for the following positions:
PART TIME Cook - Every Other Weekend
EVERY OTHER WEEKEND REQUIRED
Hours vary from 5:30am - 7:30pm
Cook: The primary purpose of your job is to provide the highest quality service to our residents at all times. You are to perform a variety of duties related to the preparation, cooking, serving, and delivery of food for residents, staff, and visitors. The Cook is responsible for following food production standards and working in and maintaining a sanitary environment. Duties include assisting with stocking and storage of food items and other supplies. Other duties include assisting with setup of tray line, assembly of meal trays, snacks, and routine and special cleaning of work areas and equipment. This position works under the general guidance and reports directly to the Director of Dining Services.
For this type of employment, state law requires a national and state background check as a condition of employment. All employees must submit to a physical exam and TB test; all performed at expense of employer.
