Pool Technician Requirements:
Applicant must process a valid drivers license as you will be driving company provided trucks.
Applicant may be subject to a background check as there is a high degree of trust required.
Pool Technician Job Description:
- Test pool water and balance the chemicals as per the company guidelines
- Net debris from pool
- Brush all surfaces in the pool
- Vacuum pool as necessary
- Place pool equipment in the appropriate setting to ensure proper chemical distribution
- Ensure all skimmer and pump baskets are emptied
- Ensure lids to chlorinators and pumps are on tight and not leaking
- Ensure water is circulating properly
- Check and record filter pressure. Reporting when pressures are too high
- Perform filter backwashes as required
- Ensure that the report is completely filled out
- Complete each customer stop within the app
We are looking for individuals to clean customers swimming pools, located in yards across the Fort Worth area in a variety of weather conditions. Work starts at 7 (before then if you prefer). You will ensure that your truck is ready for the day. Checking chemicals and parts needed for the day. Refuel the truck with the company gas card as needed. Each truck is responsible for a route each day, Monday - Friday.
We do a working interview. You will be paired with one of our technicians who will show you what they do each day. At the end of the day, if you don’t think its for you, we will pay you for the day and you’ll be on your way. If you like it, you can return the following day and we will get you on our payroll that hits every Friday.
Being a self starter and a problem solver is a bonus, but if you show up and do the job we will tolerate and pay you.
