About Us:
KPC Studio 360 is located in Waukee, IA. We currently have a team of five doctors and seven rehab techs/chiropractic assistants. We are looking to expand our team in order to better serve our community.
Massage therapists, CNAs, CMAs, PTAs, OTAs, Exercise Science majors, and other healthcare-related occupations are encouraged to apply!
The Position:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing individual to help assist our patients through their therapy and recovery journey. The primary responsibility of this position is providing SoftWave Therapy treatments, educating patients, documenting treatments, and helping patients progress through their care plans.
This position will also assist with other therapy technologies including laser therapy, spinal decompression, Emsculpt NEO, and Emsella. There is a lot of customer service and patient interaction in this job. You have to enjoy working with people and be a great communicator.
This role requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to follow systems and procedures. Training will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, and eager to learn.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform SoftWave Therapy treatments according to clinic protocols
- Educate patients on treatment expectations and post-care instructions
- Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records
- Track treatment plans and communicate with doctors regarding patient progress
- Set up and assist with laser therapy and spinal decompression treatments
- Assist with scheduling, patient follow-up, and therapy coordination
- Manage therapy equipment, inventory, and maintenance tracking
- Complete administrative tasks related to patient care and treatment documentation
The Location:
We are located in Waukee, IA.
We are looking to hire a part-time or full-time position roughly 25–35 hours per week.
Our clinic operates on the following schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:15 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:15 AM

Starting Salary: $19.00/hour
Prior medical credentials, healthcare experience, or knowledge of anatomy and physiology may be eligible for higher compensation.
