Job description:
AGRA Industries is a family-owned company with deep roots in Merrill, Wisconsin since 1962. We provide comprehensive solutions including design, fabrication, equipment supply, and construction services for the feed, seed, grain, ethanol, and biofuels industries worldwide.
Currently we are looking for Millwrights to join our growing team. This role primarily operates out of the Upper Midwest including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska and Ohio. Individuals are dispatched from home, and must reside in one of the listed states.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and enforce onsite safety standards and practices
- Conduct site orientation for all personnel working on AGRA construction sites
- Direct and coordinate subcontracted labor to meet project schedules and deliverables
- Monitor and ensure quality of subcontractor work onsite
- Lead regular progress meetings with subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen
- Maintain required project documentation including sign-in sheets, inspections, timesheets, safety training, task planners, and subcontractor reports
- Coordinate and schedule required third-party, state, and local inspections
- Perform and document AGRA internal safety and quality inspections
- Enter daily reports, inspections, weather, deliveries, photos, and task planners into Procore
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are directed to the appropriate subcontractor and laydown area
- Perform and document assured grounding inspections for temporary power
- Maintain inventory of onsite tools and materials
- Perform millwright foreman duties when project size does not require a full-time superintendent
