Located on Las Vegas Boulevard near the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets and minutes from the Strip, Fabian Miranda Salon is known for dimensional color, luxury extensions, precision cutting, and elevated guest experiences. As the Official Salon of the Las Vegas Raiderettes, our artists contribute to the beauty and presentation of one of Las Vegas’ most recognizable entertainment brands.
Our guests include Las Vegas executives, entertainment professionals, Netflix personalities, public figures, and a loyal community of clients who value exceptional artistry and personalized service.

Your Role as a Fabian Miranda ArtistCreate Exceptional Guest Experiences
You will:
- Conduct thoughtful consultations focused on lifestyle, maintenance, hair goals, and realistic outcomes
- Create customized color, cutting, extension, and styling experiences
- Recommend services and treatments that support long-term hair health
- Build trusted relationships that inspire guests to return and refer others
Deliver Technical Excellence
You will:
- Execute dimensional color, blonding, gray coverage, and color correction with precision
- Create beautiful, wearable results that photograph beautifully and maintain integrity
- Perform precision cuts across a variety of lengths and textures
- Provide luxury blowouts, bridal styling, and event styling
- Continue refining your technical skills through education and collaboration
Build Your Personal Brand

The Artist We’re Looking For
You are a stylist who:
- Takes pride in your craft and constantly works to improve
- Understands that technical skill and guest experience are equally important

- Values professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
- Sees hairstyling as both an art form and a business
QualificationsRequired
- Active Nevada cosmetology license, or an active out-of-state license eligible for transfer through reciprocity
- Two or more years of professional experience behind the chair
- Strong foundation in color services, including lightening, toning, and custom formulation
- Demonstrated portfolio of work (Instagram portfolio accepted)
- Availability Monday through Saturday during salon hours (9 AM–6 PM), including Saturdays
- Professional presentation and consistent attendance
Preferred
- Experience with luxury extensions including tape-in, hand-tied, or beaded weft methods
- Extension certification or advanced education
- Existing clientele or a desire to actively build a personal book
- Bridal, editorial, or event styling experience
- Comfort working with photography, production teams, and public-facing opportunities
