The Sitting Duck Bar & Grill is a family-owned lakeside restaurant on Flathead Lake in Bigfork, Montana. We're looking for a reliable kitchen utility team member to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a great entry point into the restaurant industry — no experience required, we'll train you. If you work hard, show up on time, and take pride in doing things right, that's what matters.
What You'll Do
- Dishwashing — keep the kitchen supplied with clean plates, pans, and utensils
- Food running — get food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
- Kitchen cleaning and sanitation — maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout and after service
- General support — help wherever needed to keep the team moving
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and on time
- Willing to work hard and stay busy
- Positive attitude, team player
- Able to be on your feet for extended shifts
- No experience necessary — just a good work ethic
Compensation & Perks
- $14–$16/hr depending on experience
- Kitchen tip pool (~$3-5/hr additional — effectively $19-22/hr)
