Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, intuitive, and motivated Licensed Esthetician with 3+ years of hands-on facial experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin care, client experience, and advanced modalities. This is a part-time hourly role with about 16-24, including evening and Sunday availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality customized facials with an intuitive, results-focused approach.
- Deliver a minimum 15-minute facial massage per treatment.
- Perform dermaplaning safely and effectively (required).
- Perform microneedling treatments confidently and correctly.
- Must perform manual extractions with fingertips.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and retail recommendations.
- Meet retention goals and retail sales expectations through strong rebooking, product knowledge and confidence in selling.
- Participate in content creation (comfortable being recorded for educational/content purposes).
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in treatment rooms.
- Work collaboratively in a warm, supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Esthetician License.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing professional facials.
- Ability to microneedle (experience required).
- Ability to dermaplane (non-negotiable).
- Ability to perform a consistent 15-minute facial massage.
- Manual extractions with fingertips (no tools).
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and professional products.
- Professional appearance, communication, and work ethic.
- Comfort with being filmed for marketing and content creation.
- Must be available for evening hours and 1 weekend day.
