Action Water Sports is looking to fill the position of Boat Sales Consultant at our Clermont location. This location serves the Central Florida boating community. Key Roles:
- Utilizes Action Water Sportssales tools, including CRM, for daily follow up and prospecting for new customers, as well as communication on a regular basis with existing sold customers
- Professionally presents products to customers and prospects, including reviewing the features and benefits of the various boats, preparing quotes, completing trade evaluations and presenting pricing consistent with achieving margin and customer satisfaction goals
- Partners with Business Manager for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents and setting up deliveries
- Actively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales and customer events
- Effectively follows successful sales processes, including timely completion of paperwork, to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience
Requirements:
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, and market and industry knowledge
- Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
- Customer satisfaction, both internally and external
- Achieves or exceeds sales unit and revenue goals
- Effective utilization of sales tools, including Action Water Sports’ Sales Processes and CRM
- Self-disciplined, motivated and organized, Sales Experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
