Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries and promote our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and making informed suggestions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
- Assist in packaging, merchandising and stocking products on the sales floor.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures while processing transactions.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Assemble breakfast and lunch sandwiches, brew coffee
- Assist with basic cleaning and dishes.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques and product knowledge.
- Basic kitchen skills a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
