Summary
As a Bartender at Peppino's Downtown Sports Lounge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, this position involves crafting drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our sports lounge.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
