At Honey Berry, we serve a breakfast and brunch-inspired menu designed to satisfy every craving. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team.
Position Summary
Servers play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely and professional manner.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Clear tables and reset them for incoming guests.
- Assist with dining room setup, special events, and large party accommodations.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout scheduled shifts.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
