Job Summary:
Our Mail Clerks play a crucial role in managing, processing, and distributing mail from clients and government agencies. Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organized filing systems, and ensuring parcels are delivered to the correct departments. Additionally, the role involves performing various clerical tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all mail transactions. The mail team works collaboratively with internal staff to maintain efficient mail operations.
Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:
- Fulfill all requests from team members to send outgoing mail to government agencies and clients.
- Receive and process mail from the IRS and other revenue departments.
- Scan & upload all mail to client files and notify corresponding team members.
- Monitor company fax, emails and scans for incoming documents.
- Handle general clerical duties such as generating reports and organizing digital data.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of administrative experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Proficient reading & writing skills
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office
