Objectives of this role:
· Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout
· Establishing project objectives, timelines, delivery schedules, scopes of work, and deliverables with Owners, Stakeholders and Clients
· Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
· Oversee project bidding, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection (we have NO estimating department)
· Identify risks, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety protocols. Make regular site visits
· Reporting and document sharing through PROCORE management software
Required skills and Qualifications
· A bachelor's degree in construction methodologies, construction management or a related field
· Or 5+ years of relevant experience, track record of successfully completed projects
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, specifications and construction schematics
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proficiency with Project Management Software, Excel, Computer Ease, PROCORE, Building Connected, Microsoft Projects (Gant Chart)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
