Duties

- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on professional growth and accountability
- Oversee compliance with all state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
- Coordinate with school administrative directors and academic leadership to integrate health services seamlessly into educational programs
- Drive organizational initiatives related to patient safety, quality improvement, and operational efficiency
- Provide executive leadership in crisis situations, ensuring swift decision-making and effective communication across teams
Experience
- Proven management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within educational or school-based health services
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and personnel management in education or healthcare environments
- Strong background in instructional leadership in education combined with school experience that supports holistic student well-being
- Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws related to health services and personnel qualifications
- Experience leading teams through change initiatives while maintaining high levels of staff morale and performance
- Prior roles involving university or higher education experience are highly desirable for understanding complex organizational structures
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of fostering collaborative team management and guiding multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
