Weed flower beds, prune, trim, and clean up debris following the daily route

Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Operate hand pruners, motorized hedgers, string trimmers, and blowers

Perform basic maintenance checks before and after use (sharpen blades, grease, fuel, oil, etc.)

Report any broken tools or equipment issues to your Crew Leader

Arrive in uniform, ready to work, and stay on pace with your team

Follow direction from the Crew Leader and assist wherever needed

Represent the company respectfully on client properties

Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures on-site

Keep trucks, trailers, and tools organized and clean
-
Leave every job site better than you found it—no trash, no damage
