THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales division, based in San Diego, California. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for cultivating robust partner and channel relationships, while formulating a comprehensive long-term strategy aimed at expanding our market share and bolstering brand recognition within the region.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop business strategies to attract new customers, broaden the store's market scope, and drive profitability.
- Meet and surpass sales goals set by the company.
- Follow up on assigned leads, manage customer accounts, and foster growth opportunities.
- Analyze branch sales territory to stay informed about market prices, ensuring competitive rates and maximizing sales results.
- Identify clients' needs to offer tailored services and products, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer requests, concerns, complaints, projects, and related matters with diligence and professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding service, consistently striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create an Annual Sales Forecast plan, laying the foundation for strategic success.
- Mentor team members, providing guidance towards their career goals.
- Measure and report on KPIs, generating insightful reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to coordinate area-specific events, enhancing brand presence and impact.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the HVAC industry, including Residential and Commercial HVAC Systems.
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to resolve customer issues.
- Quick adaptability to learn company-supplied software, such as CRM tools and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel regionally and beyond, as required to cater to all territories.
- High School diploma/GED (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation (Required).
