Sheet Laser Operator – $20.00+/Hour DOE | 2nd Shift | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Lithia Springs / Fulton Industrial / Austell, GA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
(Overtime on Fridays as needed)
Pay: $20.00+/Hour DOE
We're hiring an experienced Sheet Laser Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Lithia Springs/Fulton Industrial area! If you have experience operating Fiber or CO2 Laser Cutting Machines and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Operate Fiber Laser and CO2 Laser cutting equipment
Set up and adjust laser machine settings for accurate cuts
Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and conformance to blueprints
Perform quality control checks on hole sizes and material thickness
Maintain production records and machine documentation
Clean laser bins and maintain a safe work area
Report equipment issues or defective parts to supervisors
Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
Previous laser cutting machine experience preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand 10+ hours per shift
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Must be able to read and communicate in English
Steel toe boots required
