Compensation & Schedule
- Base Pay: $16.50/hour
- Uncapped Monthly Bonuses
- First-Year Earnings Potential: $50,000+
- Top Performers Earn: $85,000+ annually
- Start Quickly: Hiring immediately with classes starting as soon as the following Monday
- Schedule: 10 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 8 pm – NO WEEKENDS!

What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll become a trusted shipping advisor for businesses across the country.
Instead of cold calling, you'll work with customers who are already seeking freight shipping solutions. You'll help them compare options, find the best rates, solve logistics challenges, and create long-term business relationships.
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
- Contacting and following up with assigned leads via phone and email
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored shipping solutions
- Providing quotes and booking shipments
- Building lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business
- Managing your own book of business
- Assisting customers throughout the shipping process and resolving issues when they arise
- Becoming an expert in freight and logistics solutions
