Job Title: Centralized RFP Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $23/HR (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description:
- Coordinate and complete high quality RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) from prospective clients, consultants, and existing clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and investment team capabilities to facilitate an improved client experience.
- Develop strong working relationships with client portfolio management teams, sales professionals, client relationship managers, compliance, and other internal groups.
- Learn and communicate investment philosophy, process, product positioning, and current market trends to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing metrics to track key sales figures including RFP flows, hit rates, and related performance indicators.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, including technology initiatives to automate reports and other materials.
- Perform second-level reviews and checks for RFPs, DDQs, and related documents prepared by team analysts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred in Finance, Economics, Business, or Commerce)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, hard-working, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and adaptability to other software tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of the investment management industry is a plus
- Prior content writing experience of 2-3 years is preferable
Pay: $23.00 per hour
