Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | On-Site (Not Travel)
Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. This is a stable, long-term care position focused on providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Provide direct skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care teams
Participate in care planning and accurate clinical documentation
Maintain resident safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
