ChangingSpaces is a professional move management company based in Atlanta, GA. ChangingSpaces provides a full spectrum of services for anyone needing assistance with the challenging process of moving. Older adults and their families often need help transitioning to smaller spaces such as condominiums, independent living communities, apartments, or assisted living facilities. Upsizing carries many of the same tasks for full time working professionals or families who do not have time to handle the details.
Our services include designing floor plans, sorting, packing, moving, unpacking, and resettling our clients in their new homes. We organize, repurpose spaces, help eliminate furnishings families no longer need and have a very deep resource list which we have spent the last 12+ years collecting.
Our team is based in the metropolitan Atlanta area and is composed of individuals who are driven, empathetic, and skilled in direct but compassionate communication. We take care of our clients and each other, and we value a great attitude above all else. We are looking for a compassionate, driven individual who has a desire to be a part of a family- focused team.
Move Management Specialist role:
· Sort, pack, unpack and organize for the client as the job requires
· Provide status to Team Lead and Project Manager as needed
· Assist with measuring furniture and spaces as needed
· Update and complete all forms required
· Track hours worked and expenses in CS software daily
· Keep work site safe and tidy
· Keep control of CS supplies and replenish as needed

Availability: reside in Metro Atlanta
· 3-4 days per week (Mon – Fri), Start 9:00am
· Typical week 20-25 hours
