- You understand the individual needs of each patient and craft a custom plan of care, explicitly tailored to them.
- You will help patients recognize their strengths, medical needs, and provide clinical support and education. You will partner with the patient, and their family by identifying clinical needs and providing education that will promote successful outcomes.

What you will bring with you:
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of California
- Experience in a skilled nursing setting, such as home health, skilled nursing facility, acute care, subacute care, or similar setting preferred
- Reliable transportation, with current insurance and vehicle registration
- Seeking RN's to cover the following areas:
- Central San Diego
- South Bay
- East County
- Coastal area
- North County
- The ability to pass a post offer medical exam, and test for Tuberculosis
- The ability to pass a background check
- Current CPR card
Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
