Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Webco Hawaii is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our Operations team in Kapolei.
For over 57 years, Webco Hawaii has been a local, family-owned sales and distribution company proudly serving customers and communities throughout Hawaii.
What You’ll Do
As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll play an important role in making sure customer orders leave our warehouse accurately, safely, and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and assemble outbound customer orders for shipment
- Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping destinations
- Consolidate orders and freight to help prevent shipping errors
- Wrap, protect, label, and prepare freight for transportation
- Stage completed shipments in designated shipping areas
- Identify and report shortages, damaged products, labeling issues, or other discrepancies
- Use warehouse scanners, shipping documents, labels, and warehouse systems
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Assist with moving freight to support loading and departure schedules
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping, staging, and dock areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, wrappers, and other authorized warehouse equipment as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and required safe work practices
- Assist in other warehouse areas as business needs require

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, distribution, or related experience preferred
- Experience preparing, consolidating, staging, or verifying outbound freight preferred
- Experience using warehouse scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
- Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required by business needs
Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Push and/or pull equipment or freight weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, carry, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Work safely around forklifts, vehicles, freight, and warehouse equipment
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures and environmental conditions
Schedule
Daytime warehouse employees are generally scheduled to work four 10-hour shifts per workweek.
Specific workdays and start/end times are determined by management based on operational and shipping needs. Candidates must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
