Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing, Social Media, and Sales Calls Specialist to drive our brand presence and customer engagement across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Making marketing and sales calls to potential customers, past customers, property managers, and commercial contacts
- Following up on marketing leads
- Scheduling roof inspections and appointments
- Managing and posting content across social media platforms
- Helping create and organize email marketing campaigns
- Assisting with customer outreach and follow-up emails
- Updating customer information in our system
- Helping promote EverGuard Roofing & Solar services
- Communicating clearly with office staff and sales team
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach
Experience
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Experience with social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of email marketing or willingness to learn
- Ability to write clear, professional posts and emails
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
- Creative, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Sales or marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Construction or roofing knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Monday through Friday
Full time position
Pay:
Based on experience-hourly wage, plus possible commission
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
