Bailey's Septic Services is seeking a motivated Portable Toilet Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working independently, operating equipment, and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that has served Berks County and surrounding communities for nearly 90 years.
This is a hands-on position servicing portable restrooms at construction sites, parks, events, and commercial properties throughout the region.
What You'll Do
- Service portable toilets on assigned routes
- Pump waste tanks using vacuum equipment
- Refill hand sanitizer and restroom supplies
- Clean and maintain portable restrooms to company standards
- Deliver and pick up portable toilets and related equipment
- Complete route documentation using company software
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide professional customer service at every stop
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CDL Class B preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Monday-Friday
- Occasional overtime
- Some weekends during peak event season
Pay: $20-$22 per hour depending on experience
