Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA
- Provide direct 1:1 or group behavioral support to students aged K-12
- Collect, record, and input data on student progress and behaviors
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and self-regulation
- Collaborate effectively with school staff and participate in team meetings as needed
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs within the classroom setting
- Adhere to confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
