Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on NetSuite Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our on-premise NetSuite ERP system, ensuring smooth daily operations across our production, inventory, and financial workflows.
This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator looking to expand their technical footprint. You will actively support our current SuiteCommerce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) modules, and play a key role in a future NetSuite WMS (Warehouse Management System) deployment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Administration & Support
- Serve as the primary internal support resource for NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues, managing user roles, permissions, and custom dashboards.
- Design, build, and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and KPIs to support manufacturing and leadership decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity within NetSuite through regular audits, data cleansing, and mass updates via CSV imports.
Manufacturing & Module Support (CPQ & SuiteCommerce)
- Support daily manufacturing workflows, including Work Orders, Assembly Items, Bill of Materials (BOM), and routing adjustments.
- Maintain and optimize our NetSuite CPQ module to ensure sales and production teams have accurate pricing and configurations.
- Assist in supporting our SuiteCommerce platform, ensuring seamless flow of data between our e-commerce front-end and ERP back-end.
Future Implementations & Growth
- Actively participate in the upcoming deployment and optimization of NetSuite WMS to streamline warehouse and inventory operations.
- Partner with department heads (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to identify process bottlenecks and implement NetSuite-driven solutions.
- Document system processes, custom workflows, and train end-users on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired Experience:
- 1–2 years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience (NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus, but not required).
- Basic understanding of core manufacturing processes (Inventory management, Work Orders, BOM, or Order-to-Cash cycles).
- Proven experience creating complex Saved Searches, Financial Reports, and custom fields/forms.
- Experience supporting or working alongside NetSuite CPQ and/or SuiteCommerce modules.
- Author and maintain SuiteScript modules necessary to extend the functionality of NetSuite.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic understanding of SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager) for automating simple business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical warehouse and manufacturing staff.

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
