This is not a remote/work from home position. Appleby Systems is the official home improvement partner for Walmart in central Pennsylvania. Every year we give away tens of thousands of dollars to charity and in free home improvements.
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Promoter to join our vibrant team! As a Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences that drive brand awareness and sales. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and passion for marketing will help showcase our products and services at various events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities
- Actively promote our products and services at events, retail stores, and community gatherings to attract potential customers.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate consumers about features and benefits.
- Collect valuable data from customer interactions to support marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Manage social media accounts by sharing live updates, photos, videos, and promotional content to boost brand visibility online.
- Assist in planning and executing event marketing activities that generate excitement and increase foot traffic.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive brand experience.
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and expand outreach efforts.
- Support branding initiatives through public speaking engagements, handing out promotional materials, and creating buzz around campaigns.
Skills
- Proven experience or interest in food service or retail environments is a plus.
- Strong data collection skills with attention to detail for tracking campaign results.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms to create engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques with a focus on customer persuasion and relationship building.
- Bilingual abilities to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
