Dental Office Manager – Lead a High-Performing Team

What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Create a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and collaboration
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care and oral health
- Partner with providers to ensure efficient clinical and administrative workflows
- Assist chairside when needed to support patient care
- Oversee scheduling, billing, and daily office operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, sterilization, spore testing, and waterline testing requirements
- Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and office performance
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of Dental Office Management experience
- 5–10 years of clinical dental experience
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience presenting treatment plans with confidence and compassion
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for practice growth
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
