In this position, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and inspect residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You'll perform preventative maintenance, identify system failures, recommend repair solutions, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently before leaving each job.
You'll also:
Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Explain repair options and recommendations to customers
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Occasionally assist with equipment replacements when needed
At least 2 years of HVAC service experience
Residential service experience required
Light commercial service experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Experience servicing package units, split systems, heat pumps, rooftop units, and furnaces
EPA Certification preferred
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Reliable work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
