Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Technicians.
- Implement evidence-based interventions rooted in ABA principles.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
- Provide parent/caregiver training to strengthen therapeutic alliances.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation while upholding confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and families affected by autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if position requires limited travel).
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged.
