Big House Construction is currently looking to add 5-7 individuals to our team of canvassers for our storm restoration representatives. Scouting for insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently been affecting the metropolitan area.
Our company’s revenue increased 800%+ from 2022 to 2025, growing to over 16 million worth of restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to 20 million for 2026 to become one of the area’s fastest growing restoration companies.
To support our growing team of storm restoration representatives we need 5-7 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team of canvassers and assist our team members to scout for storm damage inspections.
No experience? No problem. Big House Construction delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient canvassing representatives with the opportunity to become an Experienced Storm Restoration Representative for a 5 Star General Contracting Firm.
Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to be an expert and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.
*NOTE* This is NOT a remote position.
Compensation & Bonuses
Starting Pay: Estimated $50,000-$85,000/ year. Guaranteed weekly, performance based pay $50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 45-60 minutes) and $100 bonus for sale + Commission. Additional bonus upon project completions Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Dream & many other events.
Qualifications
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers. Must have reliable transportation at all times when working .
Must be able to attend the free full 3 day training Class, Wednesday - Friday 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the Big House Construction HQ in Marietta.
Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
Must be willing/able to self-generate leads & walk from 2-5 hours continuously 4+ days per week.
Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections and use company apps for job files.
Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
