Job Title: HVAC Fabrication Technician (Duct Work & Welding)
We are a fast-paced, small, family-owned HVAC sheet metal fabrication shop looking for a reliable individual to assist with HVAC duct work fabrication and welding.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both sheet metal fabrication and welding. You will work closely with experienced team members to contribute to daily production and support our installation team.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble HVAC ductwork
- Insulate and prep duct systems for installation
- Weld and assemble metal stands for HVAC units
- Measure, cut, and prep materials for both ductwork and welding projects
- Assist in the operation of sheet metal fabrication machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic welding experience (MIG preferred) or willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Must be able to work outdoors (covered shop environment)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Additional Details:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Work hours vary from part-time to full-time based on business needs, with peak demand in the warmer months.
- Typical working hours fall between 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Compensation varies based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
