Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented meal prep plater to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling and garnishing meal portions according to precise specifications before passing completed plates to the fulfillment team for sealing and packaging. Responsibilities
Weigh and portion each ingredient to exact recipe specifications with consistency and accuracy
Garnish and assemble plates to presentation standards within production time targets
Hand off completed plates to the fulfillment team for proper sealing and packaging
Prepare and mix sauces and dressings (such as ranch) to accompany dishes as directed
Perform light knife work for cutting parsley and other garnishes as needed
- Requirements
- Ability to work comfortably in a cold (60°F) environment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following precise portion specifications
- Ability to maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume production windows
- Basic knife skills for light garnish prep (preferred, not required)Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a coordinated team

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
