Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Day Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-ups
- Meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
- Current Physical Therapist license (state-specific requirement applies)
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/BLS certification required
